FlareOps là một ứng dụng độc lập của bên thứ ba dùng để gọi API của Cloudflare. Ứng dụng không thuộc, không liên kết, không được Cloudflare, Inc. bảo trợ hay tài trợ.
“Cloudflare” và logo Cloudflare là thương hiệu của Cloudflare, Inc. Ở đây chúng chỉ được dùng để mô tả dịch vụ mà ứng dụng làm việc với.
Điều khoản này là giữa bạn và ODY TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“chúng tôi”). Nó không phải hợp đồng với Cloudflare và không thay thế hay sửa đổi bất kỳ thoả thuận nào bạn có với Cloudflare.
Để dùng FlareOps, bạn cần tài khoản Cloudflare và API token hoặc API key của chính bạn. Chúng tôi không tạo, không bán, không bán lại và không cung cấp tài khoản, gói hay dịch vụ nào của Cloudflare.
FlareOps chỉ hành động thay mặt bạn, bằng chính thông tin đăng nhập bạn nhập vào. Mọi yêu cầu ứng dụng gửi tới Cloudflare đều dùng token của bạn và tính vào tài khoản của bạn.
Bạn phải có quyền sử dụng thông tin đăng nhập mà mình nhập. Không dùng FlareOps để truy cập tài khoản Cloudflare mà bạn không được phép quản trị.
Việc bạn dùng API của Cloudflare qua FlareOps vẫn chịu điều khoản của chính Cloudflare, gồm Terms of Service, Self-Serve Subscription Agreement khi áp dụng, cùng các trần request và quy tắc sử dụng hợp lệ mà Cloudflare công bố. Bạn có trách nhiệm tuân thủ.
Bạn đồng ý không dùng FlareOps để trích xuất hàng loạt, sao chép, bán lại hay phân phối lại dữ liệu lấy từ API của Cloudflare, và không dùng nó để lách bất kỳ trần request, hạn mức hay kiểm soát truy cập nào Cloudflare áp lên tài khoản của bạn.
FlareOps tự đặt thêm một hạn mức request nằm dưới trần của Cloudflare để việc dùng bình thường không làm cạn quota tài khoản của bạn. Đó là một tính năng của sản phẩm, không phải một bảo đảm: Cloudflare vẫn có thể chặn hoặc từ chối yêu cầu.
Chúng tôi không chạy server nào lưu dữ liệu Cloudflare của bạn. Yêu cầu đi trực tiếp từ máy bạn tới Cloudflare qua TLS.
Chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu Cloudflare, không dựng cơ sở dữ liệu về khách hàng hay zone của Cloudflare, và không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu Cloudflare nào.
Báo cáo lỗi mặc định tắt. Nếu bạn bật, phần thu thập gì và loại bỏ gì được nói rõ trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.
FlareOps Premium là một khoản mua trong ứng dụng, một lần duy nhất, dạng non-consumable. Nó không tự động gia hạn và không hết hạn.
Premium mở các tính năng bên trong FlareOps. Nó không phải một gói của Cloudflare, và không cấp, không nâng, không đổi, không trả tiền cho bất kỳ sản phẩm hay dịch vụ nào của Cloudflare. Tính năng nào gói Cloudflare của bạn chưa có thì vẫn phải thay đổi ở phía Cloudflare.
Thanh toán do Apple hoặc Google xử lý theo điều khoản của họ. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền gửi tới và do Apple hoặc Google quyết định theo chính sách của họ; chúng tôi không tự hoàn tiền được.
Khoản mua gắn với tài khoản App Store hoặc Google Play đã trả tiền. Cài lại app hay đổi máy thì khôi phục được trên cùng tài khoản store đó; đăng nhập bằng tài khoản store khác thì không.
FlareOps có thể thực hiện những thao tác thay đổi hoặc phá huỷ cấu hình vĩnh viễn — xoá bản ghi DNS, purge cache, xoá zone, xoá tài nguyên Workers và tương tự. Chúng có hiệu lực ngay trên tài khoản Cloudflare đang chạy của bạn và thường không thể hoàn lại.
Bạn hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm cho những thay đổi mình thực hiện. Các hộp xác nhận làm giảm sai sót chứ không ngăn được sai sót.
Ứng dụng được cung cấp “nguyên trạng” và “theo mức khả dụng”, không kèm bảo hành nào dù minh thị hay ngụ ý, gồm cả bảo hành về khả năng thương mại, tính phù hợp cho một mục đích cụ thể, và không xâm phạm quyền của bên thứ ba. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm ứng dụng không có lỗi hay luôn sẵn dùng không gián đoạn.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, hệ quả hay mang tính trừng phạt, cũng như mất lợi nhuận, doanh thu, dữ liệu hay uy tín, phát sinh từ việc bạn dùng ứng dụng.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi với bạn cho mọi khiếu nại liên quan tới ứng dụng được giới hạn ở số tiền bạn đã thực trả cho ứng dụng.
Không điều nào ở đây giới hạn những trách nhiệm mà pháp luật không cho phép giới hạn, gồm cả quyền của bạn với tư cách người tiêu dùng.
Bạn phải từ 13 tuổi trở lên, hoặc đủ tuổi tối thiểu mà pháp luật nước bạn yêu cầu để đồng ý cho xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân — lấy mức cao hơn — và có năng lực pháp lý để tham gia thoả thuận này.
FlareOps là công cụ quản trị hạ tầng. Ứng dụng không hướng tới trẻ em.
Chúng tôi có thể sửa Điều khoản này. Nếu thay đổi có ý nghĩa đáng kể, ứng dụng sẽ hỏi bạn đồng ý bản mới trước khi dùng tiếp.
Bạn có thể ngừng dùng ứng dụng bất cứ lúc nào và xoá thông tin đăng nhập đã lưu bằng “Xoá toàn bộ tài khoản”. Việc đó xoá token lưu trên máy; nó không xoá bất cứ thứ gì trong tài khoản Cloudflare của bạn.
Chúng tôi có thể ngừng phân phối hay hỗ trợ ứng dụng. Khoản mua một lần của bạn vẫn khôi phục được qua tài khoản store chừng nào store còn cho tải ứng dụng.
Điều khoản này chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam, không xét tới quy tắc xung đột pháp luật, và không ảnh hưởng tới các quy định bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc tại nơi bạn cư trú.

FlareOps is an independent, third-party client for the Cloudflare API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Cloudflare, Inc.
“Cloudflare” and the Cloudflare logo are trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc. They are used here only to describe which service this app works with.
These Terms are between you and ODY TECHNOLOGY JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“we”, “us”). They are not a contract with Cloudflare, and they do not replace or amend any agreement you have with Cloudflare.
To use FlareOps you need your own Cloudflare account and your own API token or API key. We do not create, sell, resell, or provide Cloudflare accounts, plans, or services.
FlareOps acts only on your behalf, using the credentials you enter. Every request it makes to Cloudflare is made with your token and counts against your account.
You must have the right to use the credentials you enter. Do not use FlareOps to access a Cloudflare account you are not authorised to administer.
Your use of the Cloudflare API through FlareOps remains subject to Cloudflare’s own terms, including its Terms of Service, its Self-Serve Subscription Agreement where applicable, and its published API rate limits and acceptable-use rules. You are responsible for complying with them.
You agree not to use FlareOps to bulk-extract, mirror, resell, or redistribute data obtained from the Cloudflare API, and not to use it to circumvent any rate limit, quota, or access control that Cloudflare applies to your account.
FlareOps applies its own request budget on top of Cloudflare’s limits so that normal use does not exhaust your account quota. That budget is a product feature, not a guarantee: Cloudflare may still throttle or reject requests.
We do not operate a server that stores your Cloudflare data. Requests go directly from your device to Cloudflare over TLS.
We do not scrape Cloudflare, do not build a database of Cloudflare customers or zones, and do not sell or share any Cloudflare data.
Diagnostic error reports are off by default. If you turn them on, what is collected and what is removed is described in the Privacy Policy.
FlareOps Premium is a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It does not auto-renew and it does not expire.
Premium unlocks features inside FlareOps. It is not a Cloudflare plan and does not grant, upgrade, change, or pay for any Cloudflare product or service. Features that your Cloudflare plan does not include still require a change on Cloudflare’s side.
Payment is processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are requested from and decided by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds ourselves.
Your purchase is tied to the App Store or Google Play account that made it. Reinstalling the app or changing devices restores it on the same store account; signing in with a different store account does not.
FlareOps can perform actions that permanently change or destroy configuration — deleting DNS records, purging cache, deleting a zone, deleting Workers resources, and similar. These actions take effect on your live Cloudflare account and generally cannot be undone.
You are solely responsible for the changes you make. Confirmation prompts reduce mistakes; they do not prevent them.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app is error-free or that it will be available without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to processing of personal data, whichever is higher, and legally able to enter into this agreement.
FlareOps is a tool for administering infrastructure. It is not directed at children.
We may change these Terms. If a change is material, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using it.
You may stop using the app at any time and remove your saved credentials from the device with “Remove all accounts”. Doing so deletes the tokens stored on the device; it does not delete anything in your Cloudflare account.
We may stop distributing or supporting the app. Your one-time purchase remains restorable through your store account for as long as the store makes the app available.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
